“A Touch of Social” workshop returns loudly again in collaboration with Tik Toker Expert Ida Galati on 15 and 16 October 2022 at the Bar Studios in Milan.

“A Touch of Social” is the first workshop on digital communication and social media for those working within the fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle industry who want to learn how to use social media professionally.

The aim of the workshop is to provide the knowledge and tools to be able to independently and successfully manage one’s own social media, taking into account the enormous changes since the advent of Tik Tok.

The way of communicating has changedThe average user’s attention span has dropped even lower, the glossy, paletted images are not as performing as before, but if one understands the evolutions and adapts to the new type of lean, fast and fun communication, there is really a chance to create, implement and make viralise your content organically and thus launch or promote your activities, at whatever evolutionary level they may be.

That is why the focus of the workshop is to provide you with all the appropriate tools – creative and practical – to make you self-sufficient in managing your social media and creating SHORT VIDEOS that can go viral!

TIK TOKER EXPERT AND FASHION TELLER

IDA GALATI

One of the most widely read fashion bloggers in Italy, she opened a web agency, co-founded @the fashionmob, taught influencer marketing at the Accademia del Lusso until she evolved and invested new energy in what she believes to be the social of the future – Tik Tok – managing to build and expand her community with a new and different language in the fashion industry. Today he is also a tiktok expert and coach and teaches Tik Tok Advanced within the Advanced Master in Web and Social Media Marketing – promoted by Sapienza University of Rome in collaboration with the You&Web Agency.

Ida will teach you how Tik Tok works, how it has influenced other social networks and how to create successful short videos.

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION AND SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING

SERGIO PITRONE

Sergio is FORBES UNDER 30 ‘ART AND STYLE, Co-founder of ICAST, a digital casting company for the fashion world, he is also Co-founder of Vertumn, a digital communication and social media consultancy. Serial entrepreneur and professor at UCSC and MFI.

Sergio will teach you how to define a digital marketing strategy, which social media to use by comparing them, how to use them correctly, and will go into detail about Instagram: editorial plan, copywriting, useful tools, concluding with a tutorial.

BUSINESS ANALYST

MARCO CAPACE

Marco is Marketing Director at Ammu, Marketing Consultant at Holding ‘Gruppo Mancuso’ and Fondazione Valter Longo and Digital Strategist at Vertumn. He specialises in online advertising, E-commerce management, is also a Shopify Partner and holds training courses in various companies.

Marco will teach you how to create successful sponsored campaigns to reach wider audiences on social media according to your goals. It will also explain how Facebook Manager works.

SPECIAL GUESTS OF THIS EDITION

This edition’s Special Guest is Gloria Schito, known on social media as ‘glojoined‘ and one of the most popular fashion creators on social media.

She has a community of over 1 million women and girls who follow her fashion tips, outfits and daily adventures.

But not only that. She is the author of the book ‘A far la moda comincia tu’, published by De Agostini and a bestseller on Amazon.

Gloria is also a software engineer and a pioneer of shorts video content. Passionate about marketing, communication and photography, she knows the basics of social media to create and communicate through short, impactful content that easily goes viral.

On this second day, you will discover how Tiktok works, how it has influenced and radically changed all other social media and how to make winning videos (on tiktok but not only).

“A Touch of Fashion” workshop December 2022 will take place at the Bar Studios in Milan, a unique location in Milan. With more than a thousand square metres, Bar Studios is where studio productions take place. They work with multiple fashion brands, production companies and content creators to produce premium media.
