This fourth and new edition of “A Touch of Fashion” workshop will take place on the 22.23.24 of October 2021 at the Salotto in Milan. It is a unique opportunity to meet many fashion professionals and understand how the fashion industry works.
We will have as special guest Ida Galati, Fashion Teller and Tik Tok Expert, with whom we will address the change in fashion communication up to the social media Tik Tok.

Do you want to become a fashion designer, a merchandiser, a buyer, a stylist, a product developer, a creative director, a communication manager…? Start learning about the fashion industry and some of the main roles.
THE FASHION PROFESSIONALS AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
The fashion professionals will explain to you concretely some of the main phases of the fashion industry, in order to have an overall and clear vision of the fashion world and how it works. They will also explain what their work consists of, linking it to the theoretical part.
DESIGN & TREND RESEARCH
You will learn the role of the designer, the design process, trends research, moodboard and concept generation, examples of concepts (from the sketch to the runway show).
The teacher is Alan della Noce, Fashion and Accessories designer at Piaggio, and previously Fashion and Accessories designer at Dolce&Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna and Gianfranco Ferré.
You will understand the processes and the production lead time involved in the development of a collection of accessories. You will learn all the steps that lead to a collection.
The teacher is Christine Dumolard, Product Development Manager of accessories at AMA. She did product development, budgeting, planning for collections and production by Marc Jacobs and Louis Vuitton.
MERCHANDISING & BUYING
You will learn all about the role of merchandiser and buyer, how to create a collection (models, articles, sku), deliveries, pricing and mark up. You will also learn the difference between showroom, buying office and distributor.
The teacher is Stefano Sacchi – Marketing and merchandising consultant. He is teacher, a fashion writer and former CEO of Giuliano Fujiwara’s brand. He is a member of Camera Moda Italia.
You will understand the role of the stylist, what types of fashion magazines exists, the fashion trends, how to prepare a photo/video shooting, with a final exercise.
The teacher is Lucio Colapietro, Fashion Stylist & Fashion Editor, he has worked as Fashion Editor for L’Officiel Azerbaijan and Maxim, and also he has worked as Fashion stylist for Esquire Italia, Numéro Russia, L’Officiel Hommes Ukraine, Vanity Fair Italy and for various Italian and international brands.
You will learn the secrets of FDC Fashion Digital Communication, how to define a digital communication strategy, what are the best channels for your communication, the trends, how to make a communication plan with a coordinated image and the best app to use.
The teacher is Sergio Pitrone – Founder and Ceo of Vertumn, Communication society, and Ceo and Co-founder of ICAST, a new digital platform for fashion casting. Forbes under 30.

Anna Paola Vergani is the Founder of PFR (fashion website, image consultancy, content creator) and Founder of “A Touch of Fashion” workshop Milan and online.
Graduated in Economics at the Cattolica University in Milan, she attended the Master in Fashion Business at Polimoda in Florence.
She worked as Product Developer leathergoods and shoes at Givenchy Paris and at Idee Partners luxury accessories, for brands such as Calvin Klein, Thierry Mugler, Escada, Byfar and others.
Later she worked as a sales consultant and showroom manager at Idee Brand Platform and Tora Tora showroom.
Currently Digital Fashion Marketing and Communication at Sustainable Brand Platform.
